Do you use the thermal transfer printing process?
No, we don't do thermal transfer printing. For ceramic mugs, aluminum mugs, glass mugs, etc., we use water transfer decals. For plastic cups, we employ an in-mold labeling process, and our in-mold labeling technology is patented.
What is the principle behind color change?
Add color-changing powder that shifts hues upon temperature change; Thermal-activated dyes lighten from dark to light, while cold-activated dyes reverse this process, darkening from light to dark.
