Whether it s ceramic, glass, or stainless steel, we conduct rigorous random inspections of every batch of white blanks and unfinished cups received into inventory to check for dimensional accuracy, weight, and defects (such as pinholes and black spots).

Testing Standards

Each cup must undergo a manual visual inspection before packaging to ensure there are no scratches or bubbles.

Temperature Test

We take samples and subject them to rigorous brewing tests using ice water (below 0°C) or hot water (above 60°C) to ensure that the color change occurs instantly within 1 second, with even coloration and no streaks.
